Does the electric quantity in both the types of circuit different.

Hi,

The voltage applied to the electric circuits is same. In series circuit current remains same across the resistances or appliances and voltage drop is different across each component whereas in parallel circuit the voltage drop across the components is same and current is different in each branch.
