east flowing rivers are forming deltas and west flowing rivers form estuaries.give reason??

1.The favourable conditions for formation of deltas is shallow sea, long course of river, high amount of sediments and silt and calm sea.These conditions are well developed in eastern part.The low gradient and sediments brought by Himalayan rivers divides the river into many channels in shallow and calm ocean and therefore forming delta.
2.Unlike east flowing rivers, the west flowing rivers passes through rift valley and have high gradient.They constitute low amount of sediments.Therfore when these fast flowing rivers reaches to its mouth,they are unable to deposits their slits and silts fall directly into the sea.Hence forming estuary instead of delta. Eg. Narmada and Tapi
