Health is the metabolic efficiency in humans. It not only includes physical fitness but also mental well being of an individual. It is important to choose a healthy and balanced diet. Eating too less can result into decrease blood sugar and less energy for performing any work. It can also result into deficiency of any vitamin which are vital for performing metabolic functions. Eating too much leads to obesity which ultimately results into diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disorders. Thus, a healthy diet provides us with all the nurtients and vitamins which are essential for proper functioning of the body.
