Electric flux is given by $\frac{1}{{\epsilon }_o}$ times the total charge enclosed by the surface.
A dipole consist two equal and opposite charge so net charge of the dipole is zero.

For the eight dipole net charge is zero.
Total charge enclosed by the surface is zero and hence flux through the cube is zero.
