electric current is expressed by the amount of charge passing through a particular area in unit time but if we consider a larger area then the amount of electrons or charge flowing through the area will be greater than the amount of charge or electrons flowing a smaller area, if we consider a smaller area so current which is amount of charge/time wll not uniform

It is true that amount of charges will increase as the area increases. It also gives us another aspect wherein the resistance of a conductor reduces as area increases. This goes to show that current will increase as the conductor has more area.
