Solution

Two persons have different genetic combination plus the environment and conditions during the development of the foetus differ in two individuals thus the fingerprint patterns vary among individuals. Finger of fraternal twins are different as they are different genetic makeup. Even identical twins do not have same fingerprint as the interaction of the foetus skin with the environment of the uterus differs and hence the fingerprints of identical twins are also different.
