when u fill a bottle fully with water but leaves a little airspace at the top and then close the cap tightly and then we press the bottle really hard that the cap just burst off. so how does this take place what causes this to take place??

When you squeeze the air tight bottle, the pressure within the bottle increases. If you squeeze it harder the pressure of air and water within the bottle become high enough to break the bottle. So, in your question it is both the air and the water which exerts pressure no the bottle's wall and finally its cap burst off.
