Solution
Dear Student
Answer to your question is as follows :
In the year 1789, the King of France ordered his troops to open fire on the citizens
To protest against this approach, some group of people attacked the government buildings and stormed suddenly into the fortress, Bastille
In this attack, the commander in chief of the fortress, was killed and prisoners were released
After this incident, Bastille lost its reputation as it showed the tyrannical and monarchial rule of the king
Finally, the Bastille fort was demolished by the peoples’ group
After the fall of Bastille, riots and protests took place in Paris
Prices of food especially, bread products shoot up high
This incident was a spark to the beginning of French Revolution which ultimately ended in killing the King
