Explain how nitrogen cycle is supposed to be an ideal cycle in the biosphere

In nitrogen cycle the amount of nitrogen remains as it is throughout the cycle and not a single amount is lost. This cycle strictly follows the rule of conservation of matter. In other cycles like oxygen or carbon cycle there is losses energy or matters. For this reason nitrogen cycle is known as ideal cycle in biosphere.
