Explain the concept of absolute zero of temprature on the basis of kinetic theory of gas ?

The average kinetic energy of a molecule is proportional to the absolute temperature of the gas. It is independent of pressure, volume or the nature of the ideal gas.i.e.,
$$\begin{gathered} E=\frac{3k_{B}NT}{2}, \\ \frac{E}{N}=\frac{3k_{B}T}{2} \end{gathered}$$
where, k_B is the Boltzmann constant, T is the absolute temperture, E /N = average kinetic energy of molecules.
