Solution

The arteries carry oxygenated blood from the heart to the tissues. The arteries divide into small capillaries. Through very thin wall of capillaries Oxygen diffuse in tissues and CO2 diffuse in the capillaries. These capillaries join and form vein which now carries deoxygenated blood from tissue to heart for the purification of blood.
