All the living organisms along with their surroundings in which they interact constitute biosphere.
Biosphere:
Biosphere is the narrow zone of contact between all the other three sphere of an environment.Where all kind of life exists.
The word Biosphere comes from the Greek word 'bios' meaning 'life' and the Latin word 'Sphaera' meaning the 'total range'
Biosphere comprises of most of the living organisms like plants, animal and microbes present on the earth or found near the earth surface of land water and air.Human beings are an important part of Biosphere.
Basically living world or biosphere comprises of three parts or components: 1. Atmosphere : Air 2. Lithosphere: Ground 3. Hydrosphere: Water
The five layers of the atmosphere are troposphere, stratosphere, mesosphere, thermosphere and ionosphere. Troposphere is the lowest layer of the atmosphere. It is about 11 km thick and most clouds are formed in this layer. Stratosphere is about 11-48 km above the Earth's surface. In this layer, ozone is found.
The mesosphere is the layer above the stratosphere and atmosphere here is thin.
Next layer is thermosphere where the temperature is quite high.
The layer above thermosphere is ionosphere where the air is ionized.
