Explain why increasing the voltage appliedto a wire can have the same effect on the current in the wire that decreasing the resistance of the wir does.

According to ohm's law ,V = I Ras ,V ISo , when we increase the voltage , current will also increase.And also ,I=VRSo,I1RAs current is inversely proportional to the resistance , so when resistance decreases , current will increases.So in both cases, current will increase.
