EXPLAIN WITH REASONS WHAT YOU THINK WOULD HAPPEN TO EITHER LIMPETS OR MANGROVES IN CASE THE SEA LEVEL ROSE DUE TO GLOBAL WARMING.
Mangrove forests are present between land and sea and anchor their stilt-like roots in brackish waters where other plants cannot grow. Mangroves host a variety of aquatic organisms like fish, limpets and wildlife animals. The mangrove forest provides important protection against storms and flooding for low lying areas. Rising sea levels due to global warming will submerge these forests in the water and whole forest cover will be lost. The loss of mangroves in turn will have serious effect on the aquatic life like limpets and fishes.
