6 = 2 × 3

9 = 3 × 3

15 = 3 × 5

20 = 2 × 2 × 5

So, L.C.M = 2² × 3² × 5 = 180

180 when multiplied by 5 becomes a perfect square.

Hence, Required number = 180 × 5 = 900
