As we know that iof a number is divisible by 9 , sum of digits in the number should be divisible by 9 so here let the missing number be x so that, 6+x+9 should be divisible by 9 or 15+x should be divisible by 9 So x can be 3 because then 15+3=18 is divisible by 9.So missing number is 3.
