(2)(x-1) / (2x+1) + (2x+1) / (x-1) = 2
$\frac{x - 1}{2 x + 1} + \frac{2 x + 1}{x - 1} = 2 \frac{(x - 1)^{2} + (2 x + 1)^{2}}{(2 x + 1) (x - 1)} = 2 x^{2} - 2 x + 1 + 4 x^{2} + 4 x + 1 = 2 (2 x^{2} - x - 1) 5 x^{2} + 2 x + 2 = 4 x^{2} - 2 x - 2 x^{2} + 4 x + 4 = 0 (x + 2)^{2} = 0 x = - 2$
