The prime factorization of the above number is
12=2x2x3
15=3x5
20=2x2x5
and 27=3x3x3
So, LCM(12,15,20,27)=2x2x3x3x3x5=540
So, Required number is LCM(12,15,20,27)+6=540+6=546
