A man weighing 60 kg carries a box weighing 10 kg to the top of a building 10 m high. Calculate the work done by the man on the box. Also calculate the total work done by him.

Mass of man = 60kg

Mass of the box = 10 kg

Total mass= (60+10) kg = 70kg

Height of the building, h = 10m

Work done on the box, PE = mgh (put m as mass of the box solely)

Total Work done by the man, PE = mgh (put m as total mass of the box & man)

Get both the answers in joules!
