From where does the particles of matter get energy to move? Does it comes from heating? If yes then by which process is heat energy converted into kinetic energy?

Solution
All particles consist of certain fixed amount of energy but that energy is not sufficient for them to move. For that external energy must be provide which converts into kinetic energy of particles.
Yes heating may cause particles to move. Because when heat energy is absorbed by the particles this convert into kinetic energy of the particles which causes motion of the particle.
When energy is transferred from one body to another then it is converted from one form to other and it is a natural phenomenon of conversion of energy.
