1.Solar cell reduces the environment pollution as unlike the petrol/diesel etc. it does not produces carbon dioxide in process of electricity production.
2.The solar cell conserves the non renewable energy as the energy from sunlight is consumed in solar cells.
3. It also reduces the cost of conventional power for built up cities.
