Solution

(a) In case of uniform circular motion, the body moves with constant speed but it has an acceleration towards the centre of circular path.
(b) When a ball is thrown vertically upwards, then at the highest point it has zero velocity but non-zero acceleration (acceleration due to gravity).
(c) In case of uniform circular motion, the speed of body is constant but velocity is changing due to the change in direction.
(d) In case of uniform circular motion, the body moves with constant speed (i.e. without varying speed) but it has an acceleration towards the centre of circular path.
