Solution

Atomicity:

Atomicity is defined as the total number of atoms present in a molecule.
For example, each molecule of oxygen is composed of two oxygen atoms.
based on the number of atom different molecule has different atomicity, like
Monoatomic = Helium (He)
Diatomic = Oxygen or (O2)
Triatomic = Ozone or (O3)
Tetra atomic = Phosphorus (P4)
Polyatomic = Phosphoric acid (H3PO4)
