Monoatomic = Helium (He)
Diatomic = Oxygen or ($O_2$)
Triatomic = Ozone or ($O_3$)
Tetra atomic = Phosphorus ($P_4$)
Polyatomic = Phosphoric acid ($H_{3}P{O}_4$)
