Pteridophytes are differentiated into root, stem and leaves whereas phanerograms are more developed and advanced.

Pteridophytes have tissues for conduction of water where as phanerogams have vascular tissue.

Pteridophytes lack seeds where as phanerogams have seeds.

In pteridophytes reproduction organs are inconspicuous where as phanerogams have well differentiated reproductive organs.

Pteridophyte:- Clubmoss and Spikemoss.
Phanerogam:- Flowering plants like rose and sunflower.
