how are tissues formed in multicellular organisms??

A tissue is a group of cells with similar structure and function like epithelial tissue, connective tissue etc. Tissues are formed from embryonic cells during the development of an organism. Embryonic cells forming a particular tissue is determined by several factors such as; type of germ layer from which tissue is derived, regulation of gene by transcription factors, neighbouring cells of the tissue, extra cellular environment etc.
