how can the magnitude of an induced emf be increased in a generator ?

In generators to increase the induced emf the following steps are to be taken to increase the induced emf

1> to take more powerful magnets having high pole strength.

2> increase the area , but not too much so that the coil will be bulky.

3> increase the number of turns of wire around the coil to increase the flux linked , but not too much such that there resistance will increases.
