how can we see if the food that we are eating it good or not good?
Food prepared in a hygienic methods are good to eat.
Less oily foods, green vegetable rich foods, Fruit & vegetables salads are good for health.
Foods that rich in Ghee, butter, nuts etc, salty chips, creamy cakes, sweets , chocolates are good in taste. But frequent consumption of such food makes us unhealthy.
