How do people in space communicate with each other?

Open in App
Solution

There is air inside the helmets of astronauts. This allows the sound to reach a walkie talkie like device which converts sound in to radio waves. these radio waves are transmitted through space to another astronauts walkie talkie who is then able to hear it inside his helmet.
These walkie talkies work on radio waves which can travel through space.
