Plants are autotrophs which mean they can prepare their own food by the process of photosynthesis. they require water, sunlight, carbon dioxide and chlorophyll to produce glucose which acts as food for the plants. Chlorophyll is present inside the green parts of plants and rest of the materials are obtained from nature.
