how do the different light of different frequency combine to form visible light? Are there any other lights which act like this?

Dear Student!

In air or vacuum, the speed of each frequency of light is the same. So, all the colors travel with same speed and we see white light. The speed changes only in a medium such as a prism when each frequency has a different refractive index (bending ability) and a different speed.
