How do the plants under water breath and do process of photosyntheses ?

Solution
Plants breathe underwater through the diffusion process. The gaseous exchange occurs to and from the inside cells of a plant by this process.
Plants perform photosynthesis underwater in the same way like terrestrial plants. Aquatic plants have plenty of water to work with, so their main challenge is getting enough sunlight and air. Light can penetrate into water for some distance and using chlorophyll plants perform photosynthesis like terrestrial plants. Aquatic plants grow leaves with a thin cuticle that protects them from the elements, but also has enough pores to allow carbon to enter very easily. The oxygen plants produce is absorbed back as it is needed. Chemically, the photosynthetic process that land and aquatic plants use to produce food is identical.
