Bacterial cell is a prokaryotic cell. It does have organelles. Instead they have mesosome which is formed by the extension of plasma membrane into the cell. These are infoldings of the cell membrane. These extensions are made up of vesicles, tubules and lamellae. These perform all the important life proceses like cell wall formation; DNA replication and distribution; respiration and secretion processes; increase surface area of plasma membrane and enzymatic content
