How does man come to know that sperm is produced in his body?

When the males reach puberty that is at the age of 12-15 years, the development of secondary sexual characteristics like elongation of penis, growth of pubic hair and hair under armpits etc occurs. Along with this, the sperm production takes place in the testes of the males and males feel more attracted towards female partener. Thus, attaining puberty indicates production of sperms in males.
