Question

How does oceanic current impact the climate of the coastal areas?

Solution

Warm Ocean Currents usually cause more evaporation in the air. If the moisture laden air is carried over the main land, there is a chance of rain over the land. The opposite happens with cold currents. More the current is cooler less the chances of rainfall.
