how does the ovule turns to a fruit
The pollen reaches and fertilizes the egg and a seed development begins. The second pollen combines with cells known as polar nuclei, and an endosperm is created. This endosperm serves as food for the growing seed. This process is known as double fertilization.
Over time, the ovary grows into a fruit and the other parts of the flower fall off. The fruit is the ripened ovary and the ovule, the egg produced by the ovary, becomes seed.
