How is artificial fibre better or worse than natural fibre ?

In some aspects synthetic is better. The reasons are as follows:
1) Easy to wash.
2) Cheaper and economical.
3) Resistant to microbes.
4) Does not depend on crops.

Synthetic fibers are worse than natural fibers in some aspect. These are as follows:
1) They burn easily so catches fire and more prone to accidents.
2) They get melt easily and get damaged if washed in hot water.
