  • Adults can range from 2 to 3.5 metres in length.
  • The teeth are triangular, saw-edged and very sharp.

The Tiger shark - Galeocerdo cuvier

  • Found in warm tropical and subtropical seas where they inhabit both shorelines and open waters.
  • Adults can grow to around 6 metres but on average are about 3 metres.
  • The teeth are heavily saw-edged, cockscomb shaped, razor-sharp.
