how is it possible that forelimbs of human and bat as well as human and bird are homologous but wings of bat and bird are analogous ?

Wings of bat and wings of bird are analogous organs as wings because they perform same function but they have different structure. But as forelimbs, they are homologous because the wings of bat served as a forearms not wings in their last common ancestor.
