A brick kilns emits the harmful gases and suspended particulate matter (SPM) which is produces on burning of coal. Harmful gases include carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, sulphur dioxide, oxides of nitrogen etc. For production of 10000 bricks almost 1 to 1.5 tonnes of coals are brunt. These emitted gases and SPM cause air pollutions.
