Sugar is soluble in alcohol but salt is not soluble. So, you can boil the solution to minimise the volume by evaporation and then add alcohol which will dissolve sugar. Now, filter the solution and get the salt separated.
Further, the alcohol can be removed from sugar via evaporation process and sugar will be separated too.
