How will the magnetic field produced at a point 'P' by a current carrying conductor change if we increase :
a) Value of current flowing through the coil ?
b) Distance of the point 'P' from the coil ?
c) Number of turns of the coil ?
The magnetic field produced by a current carrying conductor is
directly proportional to current (I) passing through it
inversely proportional to the square of the distance (R) from it
and
directly proportional to the number of turns (N) made
so,
......................
(a) it will increase with increase with current and vice versa
(b) it will decrease with increase in distance and vice versa
(c) it will increase with increase in number of turns and vice versa
