now in new system of unit 1000 gram = 1 kg
and 1 gram = 1/1000 kg
50 gram = 50/1000 = 0.05 kg
similarly L = 980 x10^-2 = 9.8 m
similarly t = 1 second x 1 second = 60 x60 =3600 second
energy = 0.05 x 9.8 /3600 = 0.49/3600 = 0.013 x 10^-2 J.
