If cell is basic structural and functional unit of life, then life is also present on other planets or stars. Are the aliens made up of cells? Justify.

There is no proof of existence of aliens or any other kind of life on other planets and stars. There are huge amount of myths and stories about aliens which fail to prove themselves over time. However, there are reports of bacteria to be found in space but we cannot comment upon its confirmation or existence.
