If during sea breeze the cold air from the sea rushes towards the land then what happens to the warm air of land surface

During sea breeze, the cool air from the sea flows from sea to land while the air on land which is comparatively hot rises up . This hot air then travels above the sea and by the time it travels it cools down and come down on the sea level. This cool air then again rushes to the land and thus the cycle continues.
