if nitrogen is present in atmosphere will there be a presence of oxygen

Both gases are present in the atmosphere. Nitrogen makes up 78.084% of the atmosphere while oxygen makes up 21%. Nitrogen is inactive gas at room temperature. It does not reacts with other gases present in atmosphere like oxygen and hydrogen. However, it reacts with oxygen in presence of lightining to form Nitric oxide.
