Question

If there is no atmosphere around the earth, what will happen to its temperature?

Open in App
Solution

The atmosphere is the blanket of gases that prevents the heat to escape in the outer space. If there was no atmosphere, the temperature of the earth would rise in the day time and it will reach to the freezing point during the night. This would effect the survival of all living organisms on the earth.
