if we cut a very bottom of root of plant so after 2and 3 days it will grow or not ?if yes so why if no so how?

At the bottom of the root, there is root cap and just above this is meristematic tissue responsible for cell division and growth of the root. If, the bottom is cut along with the meristematic tissue then there is the fewer chance of growth again.
