if we mix 1 tbs of sugar properly in water and then heat the water untill it is evaporated then would we able to get sugar again??

Yes, sugar and water solution is a homogeneous mixture, so we can get it back but but not as the same as was before mixing. The sugar revert back would be, as white powder.
