If we put a sponge in a box and then we suck out all the air from the box, will the shape of the sponge change?

The shape of the sponge changes because the air is enclosed inside the sponge and makes the sponge in a perfectly shaped. When all the air is sucked then the shape changes as all the air particles are left the space inside the sponge.
