Honey is a good antioxidant and so when mixed with water it makes a two layered solution because their densities differ and the honey would settle down in bottom.

The solution acts as moisturizer an purifier scrubber too, and its regular use gives a healthy skin and it is useful antioxidant for if taken as drink.
